primary key = (id + userid) / multiple table joins in PHP Mysql

I am a mediocre programmer, BUT as long as I have a sample to follow (to change the variables) I usually can build websites. I am trying something different, instead of the basic "id" as the primary key, I want the constraint "user-id" added to the primary key: primary key = (id + userid). Also, I need multiple tables referring back to this first table with its (id + userid). I just need examples of these JOINS. I will load the database myself and write my own forms. But of course I need examples of these joins in a FORM that I can copy and change as needed. I need an INSTALLATION SCRIPT, installing these tables into the MySQL PHP database; and I need a script with a sample of JOINING those tables together. Fields should NOT be something confusing like X, Y, Z; but things recognizable like apples, oranges | dog, cat | car, truck | Utah, NewYork | etc. Do maybe 6 tables and join them all to table1: table2 joins to table1; table3 joins to table1; table4 joins to table1; etc. Do maybe 2 more tables and join them to more than just to table1: table8 joins to table1 AND joins to table6, in example; table7 joins to table1 AND to table2 AND to table5, in example. In reiteration, I need 1- a Table Installation Script; and 2- a JOIN Script joining the tables that the Installation Script made. Please DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB UNLESS YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO DO THIS!!! I have gone through 4 programmers already who thought they could learn on the job, learn how to do this as they did it. I still do not have this working! And I very impatient at this point and I do not want someone pretending they can do this!!!!!
