optimize a complex mysql query

Hi I have a big, 10 lines mysql query
using 5 tables
and well it isn't exactly slow but i'd like to know if it can be optimized
in order to be immediate.
Currently it takes 0.899 sec to run
with 20M rows on the biggest table.
That's decent but I wonder if by playing with the indexes or the data organization it can be lowered to 0 sec :)
Warning: this is quite an headache so please bid only if you are a seasoned dba expert :)
