ocr of packing list images into database fields

We have 9 fields that needs to be captured on packing list that we take pictures of when the batches is delivered to our factory site. We currently use an android device and take the imagesw, data is then opened by a script in google docs and results are searchable in google drive. We would like these 9 fileds to automaticly get entered into a mysql database from the images. Google script or 3rd party software is both totaly acceptable
Database is only to be accessed in lan enviroment, processing can be done on a local computer or in cloud
3rd party software need to handle croping of the images and auto rotating, this needs to be totaly automated

The following fields needs to be ocr ed and registered
uniqe batch id auto generated asa field in the mysql database
1 supplier tracking nr
2 name of supplier
3 nr of pcs
4 nr of meters
5 averange nr of meters per pcs
6 dimmension
7 Quality
8 specied of wood
9 Volume m3
