before you answer you must know the following
a) a small 3 houres test mission will be given to several of those who answer
b) if you are a junior and get help from a senior is ok but the level and price will be the base for next works
c)i need a freelancer with an open mind who can add details to the demands he is getting
d) for all those (many) whose profiles is fake - I don't care! its quality that counts.
e) the project attached is a mysql simple 2 screens vue assignment, i want just 2 things :price and time
f) i don't need this project an a video or test web server is ok

no money will be paid to any BUT the one who i shall choose will show code and get paid for the test and hired on that base for a new real project
