I need help with some stored procedure code in MySQL

I'm looking for someone to help me with the design and implementation of a Stored Procedure in MySQL.
I have an Invoice Number File with 3 invoice numbers and an Invoice File with 50 invoices. The invoice file has about 5 invoice rows for each invoice. I want a stored procedure that will go through the Invoice Number File and look at each number and mark Extra1 = "X" beside all rows in the Invoice File with matching Invoice Numbers.
I use MySQL Work Bench for my testing.
