I need help creating this authentication system -- 2

I have done a brief project on creating an Identity metasystem which is a decentralized system where users would be given digital identities on the Internet. This system would be created with an e-Identification Card which would be used as the basis of the metasystem and it would contain the encrypted credentials and contact information of the user which would then be used to authenticate the user on multiple platforms and sites on the Internet instead of the traditional use of password-username sign in method. This metasystem is similar to the Windows Cardspace application that has been discontinued.

In conclusion, for this project I need to create a web application or an application similar to the Windows Cardspace that allows the users to authenticate themselves using their eIDs, then I need an example of a e-commerce website that uses this authentication method.
