I need a freelancer that has experience creating a music distribution web app

I need to create a music distribution web app. if you have done one already, for me it's fine as long I can white label it. I also need it to connect to all music apps like Spotify, YouTube, iTunes, and many others. Must be able to recollect royalties and show analytics.
