mysql administrator

I am looking for a MySQL administrator who can assist me with database optimization. Specifically, I need help in optimizing a small database (less than 1GB) that I can provide details for. The ideal candidate should have experience in database optimization and be familiar with MySQL. Additionally, knowledge in backup and recovery as well as security management would be a plus.
