mysql Workbench Database and ERD for DVDs

I need help creating a dbms for a dvd collection. I will need to have 5 entities that include primary and foreign keys and likely composite keys. I will provide a table with all data, but then I need placed in mysql so that I am able to run queries and such. This is to help me as I am a beginner in sql, database design, and I do not want it too advance. The premis is that I have a DVD collection of over 100 movies. I need to sort by rating (G, PG, PG-13, R), actors, directors, genre, title, and whether or not it is available.
