linden scripting language connecting to php mysql (html)

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a basic script to manipulate data. The script should connect the Linden Scripting Language with PHP and MySQL, using HTML for the front-end.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Linden Scripting Language, PHP, MySQL, and HTML
- Experience in data manipulation and integration with databases
- Ability to work from scratch without existing code or database structure.
Script in second life takes a sale which is recorded to php table the php table stores the user UUID and name 2 passwords panel password and radio password the table stores the time rented the amount to rent that particular vendor the script in sl give a note card on rent and changes texture it also displays a menu to the AVI basically the contents of table on expire the texture changes to an expire texture but can still be rented in that state there is a admin menu which is to set all parts of the table the unique key is asked for by the vendor and will be a 4 character input the first 2 will be letters and save in the vendors objects name the object will over that when it is rented the user name must not be displayed in sl but the description can have the UUID a web page displaying 2 columns table on the left all AVI over 4 days and all AVI under 4 days on the right if done in Unix time a way to adjust the time on the right column easily also the lsl script should contain a reminder at 3 days
