help me fix some logins not working - mysql database

a customer has a database running on one of our servers, its been fine for years, however it now is picky about who it is letting login. logins that worked last week now dont work, and no one knows why.


I suspect the code is so old (7 years) its a broken script or needs an update.

I can give you FTP, mysql access. Can you start today???
