fix insert order DB issue

in my website: https://gargir.com/shop/ of the masks. the issue is that the order after submitted is not going into DB tbl_order with order id and also as result in the emails admin and client gets the 'order id' is missing and the shipping address information (please note that the other payment types i have there work well and insert into DB nd send email properly and also this type used to work properly, as i see it probably some DB configuration that need to be fixed as i get email with order but the order ID remain 0 and the shipping info is missing and also order is not audit in DB)
