fix error in my sql and optimize mysql 8 managed database to work fast

after migrating from my sql 5.7 to DO manged database my sql 8
1)we are not able to generate schema due to the below error screen shot attached
2)after connecting website to managed database it is very slow due to database not delivering data fastly
*need to work from any desk only*
