edit and update my database

Our last coder who we used for about 5 years I believe has moved on to other things.
We need someone we can work with to fix some issues, they are small things,
1. fix an issue why I can no longer export an sql file.
2. remove a calendar function we used to use, without messing up the database.
3. another small fix but easy if you know how, regarding adding names.
thats it for now, but we want a coder to work with regular instead of posting each time we need work.
