duplicate mysql db realtime to another mysql db on a different server

i need to duplicate a mysql db realtime to another mysql db on a different server. I want to add a unique # to the data that is transferred so i can tell one customer from the other.
I have done this before with an access db so i know it is possible and probably simple, but i am way too dumb to do it.
