directly transfer mysql database (on my hosted server) to google sheet, google contacts and MS excel - and regular updation

I have a Mysql database hosted on a server . I want to connect / integrate the data to google sheet, google contacts and also to MS Excel. Also i want the google sheet & google contacts to get automatically updated with sql database based on the timer i select (e.g. every 1 minute, etc).
I want the option to select which table to select from the mysql database and also which fields to select from that table to me shown in the google sheet
