add a data base for a chopy 5

I am looking for a freelancer to add a database to my Chopy 5 project. The database should be MySQL. I do not have a preference for which programming language or framework is used to integrate the database. However, I need less than 5 tables in the database. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with MySQL and database integration.
