660 .XLSX files to .CSV + Import into MySQL database on AWS

We've got 660 small .XLSX files (between 6 and 1500 lines each file).
We want to import them all into a MySQL database.
The MySQL database is hosted on AWS.
Be careful with encoding while converting, special characters must be maintained undisturbed.
It should be done today and not tomorrow.
