Write SQL Queries to Match DB Structure

I have two DBs in MySQL. I need the "source" DB to match the "target" DB's structure. There are a few columns missing, but I don't know how many. There are 300 tables, but the first half are OK. I will send the structure of the two and you provide the SQL to run to adjust the "source" so that it matches the "target"

Project will only be FINISHED once I can export data from source and import successfully into target. Data will not be provided, as it's confidential.
