Write PayPal IPN in PHP - 28/12/2022 19:46 EST -- 2

I need someone to write a PHP page to handle PayPal IPNs. Your page should (a) process IPN, (b) insert a record into our database (for successful transactions), and (c) email the user with details. Please see attached specification for details.
