Fix WordPress Multisite Issue – Missing Network Admin & Elementor Update Problem

Job Description:
I have a WordPress Multisite setup with two sites:

www.bei-lin-da.com (main site with WPML for multilingual support)
www.bei-lin-da.it (should reflect the Italian subdomain of the .com site)
After a plugin update (Elementor & WPML) managed incorrectly from the .it panel instead of the Network Admin, the .it site is now broken:

Missing header, footer, and links
No Network Admin link or Multisite menu on the .it site panel
Elementor & Elementor Pro request updates on .it, but not from Network Admin
Tasks Required:
Restore Multisite Network Admin Access on the .it Site
Check & Fix Elementor Update Issues (Ensuring updates are managed from Network Admin)
Fix Header, Footer & Link Issues on .it Site
Ensure WPML & Multisite Structure is Correct
