I am in need of a Windows-based web scraper that can extract open appellate cases from the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal. The tool should have a user-friendly GUI and integrate seamlessly with Google Sheets. It should also filter out VOP cases, as this data will be utilized to generate legal documents and direct mail letters. A turnkey installation is required.
