Windows Laptop Optimization & Cleanup Expert

I'm in need of a competent professional who can remotely clean up and enhance the performance of my Windows laptop. The tasks will include:

- Enhancing system speed and responsiveness
- Removing junk files and unnecessary software
- Scanning for and eliminating malware/adware (if detected)
- Assessing and organizing startup programs
- Updating drivers and system software (if required)

I'm experiencing several issues with the system, including slow startup, frequent crashes, lagging applications, and unresponsive taskbar shortcuts. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, but the issues persist.

For remote access, I will provide connection via AnyDesk, with restricted permissions. I will be present during the entire session, and no file transfers or system commands will be executed without my explicit consent.
