WhatsApp Bot Development for order processing

I'm looking for a WhatsApp bot expert who can help me create a bot with the following capabilities:
- Track the progress of each order, using unique order numbers entered by tailors.
- Implement 'Reach Track' to display tailor names, codes, or phone numbers.
- Automatically generate start and end times for order completion, using a 24-hour format.
- Limit channel access to Admins only, with the ability for other staff to add to the same project/order.
- Provide comprehensive monthly statistics on order completion times versus staff performance.
- Include data on completed orders on a monthly basis.
