Website and 3D game

I’m After a website that will allow people to login and play 3D game Where players walk around multiplayer and shoot each other for points, up to 10 team mates with leader board. They can buy coins to buy upgrades in game and then I want to be able to send notifications to members emails and capture Name, Age/DOB, Male/Female, city and phone number! I want to be able to send emails or notifications based on the above captured info! I want to expand this game map to allow car racing and much much more in stages!
Happy to pay for website setup then pay more as the game expands
I want this game to be played on any web browser and any iPhone, pc, mac, Android!
