Web Site Update 1.2

I need about 15 to 20 things done to my current website. This would be about 50 to 60 hours of work. Some of the things are new features along with some minor fixes. I am not allowed enough characters to display all the instructions but will supply more information to developers that I decide to move forward with. Please read below because I have strict requirements for developers before bidding.
