Web-Connected Stamp Collection Database Update

I am seeking a developer to enhance and maintain an existing stamp collection database. The main purpose of this system is to organize and track my stamp inventory effectively while enabling online selling functions. Even though I've failed to specify the desired features and being used technology, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:
• Database development, ideally with multiple DBMS to determine the best option for our existing database.
• Integrating database systems with web interfaces.
• Implementing secure user authentication.
• Incorporating effective search functionalities.
• Handling image uploading and processing.
Experience in eCommerce or similar inventory-focused databases will be highly advantageous. Knowledge of multiple technology stacks is preferable given the lack of knowledge about the current one being used.
