I'm seeking a web developer to create a browser-based web application for me. This app will periodically ingest and parse Excel files into a MySQL database. The Excel files will be in XLS format. The application will also need to connect to a PLC via OPC UA to validate QR codes that are scanned by a device and exchange PASS/FAIL test results.

- The frontend should be built in React and use WebSockets to display real-time, station-specific data on two monitor instances (Station 1 & Station 2).
