Web App Bug Fix & Feature Implementation

I need a skilled developer to fix a bug and implement a few features on my web application.

Requirements:
- Fix the photo uploading bug.
- Implement email verification and forgot password features.
- Link admin account to my email (provider TBD).
- Set up a new SQL database and backend.
- Deploy the updated application on Firebase.
