Warehouse Inventory Management System

Functional Scope:
1. Data Sync:

Pulls only Issue Vouchers where GP is not yet created from the master database.
Updates tablet data daily or on-demand.
2. Temporary Cart (Shed-wise Sorting):

After sync:
Items from IVs are added to a Temporary Cart.
Items are sorted shed-wise for organized picking.
SKT uses this view to pick stores from respective sheds.
3. Store Picking (Marking):

As items are picked:
SKT marks them as Picked (via tick/check).
This ensures physical-picking traceability.
4. Transfer to Unit-wise Cart (Post Picking):

Once picked items are placed in the traffic shed, grouped per unit:
They are transferred to the corresponding unit's cart.
This cart now represents items ready for final issue.
5. Issue Process:

On clicking “Issue” in the unit cart:
Light on relevant rack activates through PLC or microcontroller (for final physical check).
Item is handed over to unit rep.
6. Completion Process:

On clicking “Complete”:
Cart is cleared.
Status is marked as “Issued”.
This info is queued for upload to central DB on next sync.
7. Data Upload/Update:

Uploads:
Items issued (IVs marked as “Issued”).
Downloads:
New IVs pending GP.
Updated master data (item details, rack mapping, etc.).
