Vehicle maintenance tracking database

I am looking to build a database to store vehicle maintenance information. I need to track all types of maintenance, from basic things such as oil changes and tire rotations, to more advanced items such as brake replacements and engine tune-ups. My main goal is to have a general overview of what maintenance has been done and when, so I won’t be requiring any specific reporting features. Additionally, I need this system to track over 10 vehicles. Let me know if you can help create this system.
