DB Val 8/8/22

Hi I have a file (csv file size 80000kb, SQL see pic) and I would like to make it searchable. I would like to allow access for clients on a pass word basis (subscription style no online payment method required) I would like to monitor usage to avaoid abuse and possibly a API for bigger users (1000/5000 lookups per month)
There are reports I would like to run in time:
Number of lookups total
Number of lookups per user
View historic lookups
View data by a specific field etc.
I would ideally want access via my website www.vehicleancestry.co.uk
Can anyone help?
