VPCart Custom Development: Purchase Orders & Quotes

I need custom coding for VPCart to enhance our purchase order and quote systems.
Key Features:
- A quote system that allows specific role types (Sales staff, Managers, Admin staff, and customers with the right role type upon registration) to create, modify, and eventually convert quotes into sales. A timer will be required to notify the customer of the quote setting to expire. Pricing of the product needs to have the ability to be modified by the admin at any point prior to the order being converted to a sales. Quantity can be modified by the customer at any point prior to the order being converted to a sales.
- A purchase order system that auto-updates inventory upon receipt of products. If partial delivery of purchase order is received, then we place what was received into inventory keeping the purchase order opened. Purchase order needs to have search capability for supplier and to where the product is to be delivered. PDF will be created and sent to the supplier. Notes need to be kept and stored in the purchase order even after product was received.
Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of VPCart and ASP coding experience. Their input will help streamline our inventory management and purchasing processes.
