Upload Listings into Wordpress

I have approx 400 listings in a csv format that I need uploaded into a wordpress site. For that, I will need you to convert the data from the csv file into an sql file (likely using a macro) that I can then import into wordpress. I am happy to provide the sample sql output of the listings to give you the required format.
