URGENT - Fix issue with MongoDB that uses all CPU of our server

Hello. We have a job board platform, and we are using a secondary server to read jobs, update them, insert and create int othe database. The mongodb is using all of the CPU with result to take down our whole website.
We need that fixed ASAP.
