Troubleshoot Freeswitch/SQL Issue
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
In ASTPP version 6.0, after fail and restart of MySQL, sip profile does not start.
From fs_cli, it shows the following error:
[ERR] switch_core_db.c:106 SQL ERR [database disk image is malformed]
[ERR] switch_core_db.c:246 SQL ERR [database disk image is malformed]
[CRIT] switch_core_sqldb.c:645 Failure to connect to CORE_DB sofia_reg_default!
[CRIT] sofia.c:3165 Cannot Open SQL Database [default]!
The project is to correct the error, so that when the sip profile is started or reloaded from https interface, customers can connect using phone number and password and server name.
Freelancer must document each step done from the command line of the server to correct the error with small description for each step, so that anyone can take the doc and follow the procedure in case of the same error. Example for the doc: docs.switzernet.com/3/public/230622-astpp-v6-installation/
The project is considered done and will be paid only when:
1. the error is corrected and sip profile reload or start does not show an error from fs_cli
2. we can connect a customer/account (new or existing)
3. full instructions of how the error has been corrected in a document is provided and approved from our side
Access to https interface and server will be provided.
If any of 3 above provided points are not done or are done partially, the project is considered as not done and will not be paid
