Transportation Logistics Load Board

I require a website to coordinate LTL, PTL, and FTL product transportation within a USA region. The primary purpose of the site is to manage shipments between shippers, load managers (Agents), and carriers. The website needs to be simple, functional and user friendly.

Each user will need an account profile specific to the type of user.
4 user accounts -
1: Admin - All access powers
2: Agent - manages orders between shipper and customer
3: Shipper - Submits orders
4: Carrier - Transports accepted/assigned orders

There are many examples of similar sites, TruckStop, DAT, BulkLoads, etc. I don't need to be as detailed as theirs. I want to keep it a little more simple.

I need my own to utilize on a local & regional scale. More specific details are available.

This is for a backend only. I do not need the front end. A Link to the login page will be on the front end to give users access to the Dashboard.

After login, user's "home" page is a dashboard specific to the user type.

I'm looking for a quote. The two primary things I'm looking for in this quote is the cost and the timeline.

Two secondary things I'm looking for are examples of related work you've done & if you have any previous experience related to the transportation industry.
