Tracking tool -- 2

We would like to create a tracking tool(website), where users should be able to create requests, and will be assigning the requests to different members within the team. And request should be able to store the files in cloud buckets, and request information in each step should be stored in the backend database.

Log information also should be created. Performance wise, it should be able to handle atleast 100 users or more are being logged in at once, and expected a minimum of 150 requests per day.

Website Hosting, Cloud buckets, backend database handling everything should be taken care.

Attaching the sheet for getting a highlevel glimpse of the same. Would like to know the cost estimate and timeline for the project.
