Traccar Modification Platform -- 2

Hello,
I have traccar instalation V6.5 (https://www.traccar.org/) that use react in the front. VERY IMPORTANT I NEED A DEVELOPER WITH EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLATFORM We have a device that send to the platform information about:
- Temperature
- Fuel
- Images from cameras
- Engine times

But the information not appear in the platform and the reports. We need that appear information about this indicators in certain parts in the platform and in the reports.

Let me to explain we have two devices: one work with the gps103 protocol and the other work with startek protocol.

gps103 protocol: In traccar we receibed information about engine, i mean, if engine is on or off. But in the reports not appear the information about "Engine hours" as we receibed if engine is on or off we need know when the engine is on and when the engine is off for know the "engine hours". The section where we need this information is in: reports > summary

GT06 protocol: We have this device that use protocol gt06 in this case we need know what information we can see (If we can see engine hours, temperature and others) if we can see this information we need see all this in reports section.

Please tell me what do you need for develop this and the cost.
