OS Ticket admin support needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We need an expert in OS Ticket (hosted on hostgator) to assist with some database entries/creation of tickets that we are missing. Simple instructions how to import new data to create missing tickets. This is a 10 minute task. We are NOT asking for any input - just instructions and making sure instructions work in our setup of OS ticket. Version: osTicket (v1.18)
