Task in PHP and MySQL

I need help creating an SQL query in MySQL and programming logic in PHP to know if a store is open or closed. Example a store works from 5:00 p.m. at 2:00 a.m. meter. (24 hour format). That is, it opens every day at 5:00 p.m. and closes at 2:00 a.m. meter. (day change). Now if you run the example of the opening hours of that store it shows that it is closed, the problem is because of the change of day.
