Plan, design and build three sets of reports for your information system intended for the operational, administrative and strategic level.
The reports must be built using Tableau software.
General principles for designing and building report generators:
• You must build a suitable view for each of the three sets of reports, which will be used by you to present and analyze data. Make sure that the view results include at least 25 records with relevant data for analysis and visualization.
• Relevant data must be loaded from MySql to Excel for each of the sets of reports with the option of refreshing data after updating/adding/deleting in the main database (MySql.)
• The relevant data must be loaded from Excel to Tableau, and prepared for analysis and visualization.
• For each of the sets of reports, an overall sketch must be provided with the components of the report and explain for which entity it is intended and for what purposes it can be used.
• Be careful and present reports in a nice and legible way, use the visual tools correctly.
• You must adhere to a consistent report design, add graphic elements (such as images/logos), include interactive elements, add sorting, filtering, calculated fields and parameters.
1. Set of operational reports:
1.1. A set of operational reports must be built for the daily support of system users.
1.2. A set of reports will include at least 4 different reports - presented using tables and charts and analyzing information
operational from different perspectives.
1.3. The main points should be concentrated in an operational dashboard.
2. A set of management reports:
2.1. A set of administrative reports must be built that are used for the purpose of administrative control of managers, mainly at the middle level.
2.2. A set of reports will include at least 4 different reports - presented with the help of tables and charts and analyzing management information
from different points of view.
2.3. The main points should be concentrated in an administrative dashboard.
3. A set of strategic reports:
3.1. You must build a set of strategic reports intended primarily for the management of the organization and provide information that allows for examination
the achievement of commercial/operational/business/finance goals.
3.2. Plan and present at least 4 central and important business indicators (KPI) of the organization and present them in a dashboard which will be distributed to the management on a daily basis and will allow them to receive an indication of the state of the business and react in real time if necessary.
