Survey(s) with results and twitter share

Hello I have a WordPress website (empty now) that is set up for twiiter log-ins already.

I want to add a unique survey system to my site.

I want to be able to create a survey with multiple questions and multiple answers for each question. I will need to be able to set a deadline for filling out and submitting the surveys. After the deadline expires I then need to be able to update which answers where correct.

I want a page for each survey this is where the survey would be filled out by users after this will turn into the results page
A page that list all the surveys active and past
I want the results, correct picks and wrong pick to display on user profiles as a count.
If a user skips a question it should not be added to there total counts just credit for the correct answers and log of wrong answers so it should display like 1 of 2 or 3 of 8.

TWITTER
I want users to be able to share there picks for a scheduled survey
I want users to be able to share there pick counts after a survey
I want users to be able to share there total survey counts
as the admin I want to be able to share the top winners of each survey
I want to be able to share top users over a selected time period


I am sure many questions will need to be answered.
The goal is to make the surveys feel very interactive with twitter not to misrepresent anything but to feel like a surveying tool for twitter for my users.
