Strapi 3 migration to Strapi 4 -- 3

We have existing strapi 3 that need to migrated to latest version
Come with standard and some small custom plugin
Only release payment on successfully migrate with below criteria
- All data must be working and running
- We are able to use same strapi on existing database (without data loss)
-- Migration script is require if you plan to use SQL to upgrade the existing database
- All plugins preinstall like graphql must be working
- We required freelancer desktop which will randomly capture your screen to see the progress
- Please do provide estimate of hours needed on this project before begin
- We want experience STRAPI migration and not just somebody who started to learn... learning is not charageable
