Sql databases sync

I noticed your profile and would like to offer you my project. We can discuss any details over chat. Do you have experience with SQL? I have a main script installed on my root, and I have a support ticket platform installed in a subdomain (support.domain.com). The root script is a social media website. What I want to achieve is when clients register on the social platform their same logins should automatically work to login to the support ticket system what I want is to someone automatically get the ticket support database to automatically collect any new user registrations made on the social media database and save it as it's own. so when a user registers on the social platform it gives them access to the ticket support platform.
