Spring Boot & MySQL Connection Fix

I'm struggling to connect my Spring Boot application with MySQL through phpMyAdmin in my local environment. I have already configured the database connection settings in Spring Boot, but I'm still facing connection issues.
I ve spring boot web site and phpadmin all in local, I don t know how make working together in local, I ve created controller for display all my table but not working.
Key Requirements:
- Diagnose and fix the connection issues between Spring Boot and MySQL.
- Ensure my controller can display all tables correctly.
- Check for port conflicts or that the MySQL server is running on the specified port.
- Test the MySQL connection using a standalone client or command line.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
