SmartSearch KPI Dashboard & Scheduled Reports (Stimulsoft)

Create three automated, exec-ready KPI reports inside SmartSearch ATS using the built-in Stimulsoft designer and schedule them to hit stakeholder inboxes every Friday. We would require this to be completed within 48 hours.

Success Criteria
1. REQ KPI report – Median TTF, live reqs/recruiter, Cost-per-Hire
• Median & live counts accurate vs. manual sheet
• Grouped by recruiter
• XLSX export
2. Workflow KPI report – SLA %, idle candidates greater than 72 h, stage ratios, resume-ranking volume
• SLA calc uses stage timestamps
• Idle list auto-filters active cands
• Ratios visible in footer
3. ATS Hygiene report – missing status/dates, dupes summary • Error count less than or equal to 2 % after fixes
4. Weekly schedule – all three reports land as one email (package or same time stamp) every Fri 08:55 ET
• Verified by test send
5. Zero-to-60 doc – 2-page setup doc + 5-min Loom walkthrough
• Anyone on team can edit reports in future
