ABOUT SHERROD SPORTS VISAS
Sherrod Sports Visas specializes in securing U.S. visas for elite international athletes, including cricket stars like Shahid Afridi, Misbah-ul-Haq, Suresh Raina, and Irfan Pathan. We're building a comprehensive self-service database and knowledge hub to help athletes, agents, and sports organizations navigate the complex U.S. immigration process.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
We need an experienced database administrator and automation specialist to complete our membership integration system for our Sports Immigration Knowledge Hub. This flat-rate project requires setting up a complete user management system in phpMyAdmin and implementing Pabbly Connect automation that will help international cricket players and other athletes access critical visa resources.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Advanced phpMyAdmin experience (MUST HAVE)
MySQL database administration (MUST HAVE)
Hostinger hosting environment experience (MUST HAVE)
Pabbly Connect automation expertise
Stripe payment integration experience
Skool membership platform knowledge
Video tutorial creation
Basic UI/UX design skills
GoHighLevel familiarity is a plus
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
1. DATABASE SETUP IN PHPMYADMIN (HOSTINGER)
Create proper database tables for user authentication and permissions
Set up database structure for storing:
Video resources & categorization for athlete visa tutorials
Custom immigration tools vs. third-party tools separation
Dashboard content organization for visa application tracking
Implement user access level verification system
Populate tables with our existing content (will be provided)
Ensure proper database security and performance optimization
Apply minor design improvements to the database interface/export views
2. SKOOL MEMBERSHIP & STRIPE INTEGRATION
Set up Pabbly Connect workflow to automate Skool access based on Stripe payments:
Trigger new membership creation when payment is processed
Remove access when subscription is canceled or fails
Connect GoHighLevel form submissions to our user database
Create secure API endpoints for data verification
Implement proper error handling and notification system
3. USER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Develop method to manually add users through phpMyAdmin when needed
Create database triggers for automatic table creation on new user signup
Implement proper user role management (practitioner, general member, etc.)
Set up logging system for user actions and access changes
4. DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING VIDEOS
Create step-by-step video tutorials showing:
How to upload/add new users to the database
How to update user permissions and access levels
How to upload and categorize new document resources
How to troubleshoot common database issues
Videos should be clear, professional, and under 5 minutes each
Include on-screen captions/annotations for key steps
5. UI ENHANCEMENTS
Apply minor design improvements to database interfaces and exports
Create clean, consistent formatting for database reports
Improve navigation between related database tables
Implement visual indicators for different user permission levels
