Senior MERN Stack Technical Interviewer

I'm seeking a technical lead for the role of a technical interviewer (who specializes in the MERN stack, with a strong focus on the following areas:
- MERN (React, Express, MongoDB, Node)
- Databases - MongoDB, MySQL
- Java script
- Next.js
- Nest.js
Your role will primarily involve assessing candidates' technical abilities, specifically their proficiency in the above areas. The ideal freelancer for this role should have extensive experience in the MERN stack and a deep understanding of Java script and its libraries. You should be able to evaluate candidates' knowledge of MongoDB and their ability to work with Next.js and Nest JS.
While the emphasis is on technical skills, you're also expected to gauge candidates' code quality, problem-solving skills, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and understanding of system design and architecture.
Must have over 8 years of experience specifically in the above mentioned technologies.
You will be interviewing candidates ranging from 0-10 years and submitting a feedback score on each of the skillset and your recommendation whether to extend the offer to the particular candidate.
Your experience as a senior-level professional in the field will be key in determining the quality of our potential hires. This is a great opportunity to put your expertise to use in a meaningful way.
Remuneration will be as given below per interview.
For junior candidates (0-3 years), INR 300 per 40 minutes of interview including 20 minutes of code challenge
Mid level (3-6 years), INR 400 per 50 minutes of interview including 30 minutes of code challenge
Senior level (6-10 years) INR 600 per 60 minutes of interview including 30 minutes of code challenge.
The interviews must include a code challenge (to be arranged by the interviewer) and the interviewer must verify whether the approach is correct and self coded (non chatgpt)
