Scrape data and dump data into MySQL database (images and videos)

I’m looking to scrape images and videos from a source and then upload the data and insert it into a MySQL database for a website that hosts images and videos. You will need to review that database and tables to determine how to input the user, post and media. I would prefer that this be split into two separate tools. The scraper and the dumper. Please give me estimates for each one in the message.
